In addition to the FAQs in our customer service portal, allride app users have access to our multilingual customer service team around the clock.  

Task management

The app allows tasks such as cleaning and maintenance to be assigned to specific employees and accessed at the vehicle.

Claim management

Users can record damage directly in the allride app and fleet managers have an overview at all times. That means easier claims handling and transparent fleet management.

AI-based ID verification

The fast, AI-assisted process for verifying the relevant IDs speeds up registration and ensures that only authorised people are given access to vehicles – in a few seconds.

SBB Integration (public transport ticket purchase)

Employees can purchase tickets for public transport directly in the allride app, ensuring seamless, sustainable mobility. Costs can be allocated directly to the relevant staff cost centres.

Europcar integration (vehicle hire)

Wenn Fahrzeuge nicht verfügbar sind, bietet die Europcar-Kooperation den Zugriff auf ein weiteres Netzwerk von 5’500 Fahrzeugen zu Vorzugskonditionen. So besteht stets Zugang zu Alternativen, auch bei hoher Nachfrage.

Automated payment

Die Bezahlung der Fahrten wird direkt in der App abgewickelt. User können zwischen einer Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte und TWINT wählen.

Employees can book trips as private or business travel. This fringe benefit adds another dimension to your fleet and allows for optimal capacity management.

Single sign-on (SSO)

SSO integration offers your staff a simple, secure login process, without additional email verification. And when an employee leaves the company, their access is deactivated automatically.
